Um isn't this a little late for us? I wonder if there is a website support group for our STBXs... Oh thats right it's called Facebook or Myspace that how they meet the OW/OM.

The lessons of love are worth learning, even after a breakup. It keeps us from repeating our mistakes. There are even exercises for healing what's bothering you about your ex.

It happens that Rick Warren is the author of this book. A wonderful organization has grown out of his church in California. It is called Celebrate Recovery. John Baker, a pastor there, worked with Pastor Rick to set up a recovery program using the beatitudes rather than just the 12 steps alone. John is in recovery from alcoholism. But this group is for anyone with hurts, habits or hangups. Any kind of pain: divorce, grief, loneliness, anger........fill in the blank. There is dinner, a large group meeting in the sanctuary, a small group meeting for sharing, and dessert and coffee after. It's worth looking into. On line...Celebrate Recovery. This is offered from my heart as one possible choice to help us through the painful process we're all walking through.

Lovers in Training is a different organization than Celebrate Recovery. Closeness in Love is written by Lovers in Training, not Rick Warren. Lovers in Training is an anonymous. group. Inner Peace, one of the tools in Closeness in Love, also uses the Beatitudes. Enjoy!
