" Bethany, you hit the nail right on the head! They don't understand the healing process of an injury of this type.

As for why it happened to all of us, well I ask myself that question too. Can't answer it, it happened. It is up to each of us to find a way for us to heal the best we can and make a life that is better than it was before or is right now.

I read a quote once that might fit here, but I can't remember (surprise!) who said it.

God won't give me anything I can't handle, but I wish he didn't trust me so much.

It was silly when I first heard it, but...it makes much more sense to me now.

Hang in there Bethany, we are all here to help you and we do understand! "

" I don't know what caused your injury, but mine was an MVA. That is why it is called an accident. You don't mean for it to happen to you. And you certainly can't blame yourself, so you have to accept what you have been left with and move forward. You will probablly deal with this injury the rest of your life. But, don't let it consume your life. You have to continue to live and prosper. Yes, it is difficult, but everything we experience in life is a learning experience even though many are very difficult and don't make any sense. Take care! nsm "
