Frustration? common symptom?

I wonder how common this is in tbi/mtbi. I was in severe pain for many years and it wasn't until months after the pain was corrected by NeuroCranial restructuring that I came to realize that I was wrestling with symptoms common to mtbi. I had to look back 12 years and now that i'm 3 years into recovery from the pain, it's just more and more obvious in hindsight that mtbi was part and parcel of my ordeal all along. I never considered it in those days.

I'm much better now, but still find things like too much activity, other peoples misunderstandings, catch-22's and such cause me a lot of frustration. When i remember way back before my fall in 1994, it seems that such frustrations just weren't much of a part of my life.

I wonder how common being easily frustrated is for other folks here in the group, especially when compared to 'before'.

" My frustration was not only with having more than two conversations going at the same time, but also with just life in general. Just not being able to remember things, forgetting, people that knew me before treating me differently (like something was wrong with me or I was now stupid), not being able to return to work, losing the trust I had with my child (for I was in the hospital, then inpatient rehab nearly 2 months), then the 5 day a week out patient rehab. It has all been quite frustrating. I also heard Neuro Cranial Restructuring could help and have an appt scheduled. Also for those with memory issues Fish oil supplements is great to imrove memory. It is like Brain Food. You can get it at any drug store, over the counter or Health Food/Vitamin Store. The more potent one is Omega Rx, you have to order it on-line. It is at CBN.com "Maintaining a Healthy Brain". Check it out! nsm "
