I was hit in the head on July 2 09,no bump no headache,but i have had anxiety since 199o and worry about everything.......so on July 24 i went in for a cat scan..............it showed all was fine............about a week later i started being dizzy more than usual after the cat scan and i have been worried the cat scan missed something,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i am on medications for my anxiety andwason prozac but stopped it 3 days aggo...........if my head was injured or my brain wouldnt the cat scan found it?

No, unless it is a moderate to severe injury a CAT scan or even an MRI rarely produces results - the damage is so small that it cannot pick it up. I had a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and suffer from PCS ( Post Concussive Syndrome) and got an MRI and it showed nothing despite there being many, many problems.
