I was diagnosed with a brain stem glioma in the pons in july of last year. I had tomotherapy radiation and temodar. They seemed to have worked. How ever I was wondering how long the side effects of radiation last after the fact?

" Its been 12 years since I had radiation for a brain tumor and I still have some effects. Permanent hair loss at the tumor site, which I can luckily cover up. But whats really annoying is the short term memory loss. I don't think this will ever get better. "
