Its been 12 years since I had radiation for a brain tumor and I still have some effects. Permanent hair loss at the tumor site, which I can luckily cover up. But whats really annoying is the short term memory loss. I don't think this will ever get better.

Took 2 plus years to get back on my feet without assistance...
I still am a slight fall risk...but you probably wouldnt know it
