This is the story of my friend, ice-climber Bob Timmer, who was not only diagnosed with one, but TWO tumors-one in his brain and one on his spine. This is an inspiring short video of his determination to survive. DO NOT give up hope-live life to the fullest and never stop fighting!!

" I hope your friend got a second or third opinion on his inoperable? spine tumor. I've had 2 spine tumors (after 2 brain tumors); one was wrapped around my spinal cord. Both were 95% resected by a fantastic spine surgeon in MD. Other than some nerve damage - I'm good to go. I walk my dog regularly and I'm going to attempt bike riding this summer. As far as his fear of heights - I can relate to that too, but I could NEVER do what he's doing. If he wants my surgeons name let me know. I'm brand new to this on-line group and I don't know if I'm allowed to put specicfic Dr's names out there. "
