Enjoying the summer

Hi, I just wanted to say that I hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far. I live in Florida so summer has been here since April. There has been a "cool" front in the Tampa area for the last week so the rain and partly cloudy and breezy days are nice.

How is the weather in other parts of the country or where ever you may be?

" We have had several days of high heat and humidity in Eastern Pennsylvania, but this is supposed to break tomorrow. I am feeling more optimistic as well! I just returned to work today after being out for two weeks (since the time I was diagnosed). I am still in limbo as to what is the right approach to treatment for me - surgical removal or "wait and see", but the whold thing seems less surreal and more manageable than it did when I first learned about the meningioma. How are you coping with your diagnosis this summer? "

" I do not have a diagnosis, but I am enjoying my summer. My wife passed away from brain tumors last February. I found this site while I struggled to find answers and comfort. Since She passed I still read and post here to try to help others who may need answers and some kind words.
I live in the Tampa FL area and we are experiencing a tropical storm right now. The temperature is nice but the high winds and rain are not good. Some areas and houses are flooded and lots of tree branches are blowing around. For the most part people are doing ok and people are doing normal daily activities. "
