bENIGN Brain Tumor

G'day everyone.
In 2004, I had a cholesterol granuloma removed from my brain and mastoid bone. I was experiencing severe pain beyond my migraines, seizures, and other neurological issues. As a result of the complications of drilling in surgery, I had to have my ear parts taken out and I was deaf in my left ear at age 29.

So fast forward today: Same symptoms. The results of my MRI'S floored me today. I have swelling and an infection in the bone spreading out to my brain from the last surgery and another tumor on the right side of my mastoid and brain.

I'm beyond sad. I went through my first surgery completely alone. MY family are my abusers. I CAN'T do this again. I don;t think I can with everything I'm going through.

Thanks for listening to me.

" Hi ausie34, from a fellow Aussie. For what its worth, you are not alone. If you ever need to just let it out and chat to someone please feel free to send me a message any time. I am not from this forum, but I am researching something related to brain tumors for my own reasons. I hope you are feeling a little better, and I do wish you all the best!!!! "

" I feel so sorry for you.I have auditory nerve tumor, which they told me is benign. But I have 10% hearing on the left ear and a ringing they drowns the rest of the hearing out. It's impossible for me to hear two people talking at once.Ten month's ago I went to see if it had grown any and it is still the size of a ping pong ball. But the mri showed another showing up on the other ear. After that I lost my job as a plumber that I had worked at for 18 years, lost my insurance, then my wife lost her job and now the house.I've applied for disability and been turned down.So now after making great money for most of my life,I now live in an r/v and have no income at all. We're fighting back the best we can,but if you ever need someone to talk to,I would love to have you as a friend.Love Dale. " virginia~ I'm so sad to hear what you are facing as well. I don't quite understand why were faced with things a second time, or the threat of it anyway. I hope the best for you, thank you for taking the time to write me. Fight with all you have, that's what I do. It took me three times for disability. I would love to have you as a friend as well DAle.

Inside Last time, I became deaf in my left ear~ it's a medical miracle I hear in that ear! So again here comes the drill 7 ''into our skull. ((((cries)))) I think I'm gonna be sick! so scared. so alone!! In a ball of tears right now. At least we have shaved our head for them and the lightning bolt marks the spot. .

" Well folks.. Here I go for brain surgery #2 5/1 9 am 2 1/2 hrs from my home. It's a regrowth of the first ordeal I had done in 2004. I'm freaking out. I am hearing in my left ear by medical mirical only and now they will drill in the same place.

Here we go again and I'm 36. .. re-doing it all alone again In real life.

I'm freaking out, scared.

Thanks for listening, supporting, and loving me.
