Brain / CNS Tumors Support Group

i was exposed during the entire time iw as in my other mother's stomach to a brain tumor.
i ahave no idea what kind,
i just know that 2 weeks prior to my birth she contracted viral meningitis.
i was hospitalized at about 10 days after my birth with a 104 degree fever.

now i have a few questions.
first off, could the brain tumor be heriditary?
second, could i be a carrier of the cancer cell, or have it myself?
third, could i be at a heightened risk of a brain tumor or meningitis?
and lastly, could i be a carrier of meningitis?

i need to know this because it determines if i have children or not.

any info would be greatly appreciated.
