had a philocystic astrocytoma completely removed with surg only and made it past there 7th year with out any regrowths .really freaking out

" Hello I just read about the regrowth.. My son who is 7yrs old had surgery to completely remove a Cerellebellar Astrocytoma they say was not cancer...Do you have any idea how i can find out abt what the odds are of regrowth or if its possible..down the road..Thanks..Denise "
