I'm sorry, I don't have any advice, but I've watched a little 3 year old boy show the same behavior. He gets chemo when my grandson does and he's so cute, but he does "go off" in a big way.
I'm sure age is part of it, and they pick up on the stress their parents are under. Maybe someone on a parenting board could give you ideas?

There's a perfectly safe way to treat her that would not interact with chemo or other meds at all. A set of homeopathic remedies called the cell salts help restore balance to cell tissues. They are not supplements but help with assimilation and stimulation. One in particular can be very helpful for emotional changes resulting from head injuries, brain trauma... it's made from sodium sulphate and called Natrum Sulph. I have used it since my pituitary surgery and it has been extremedly restorative physcially and emotionally. There's a really nice source called 1800homeopathy.com. They also have a remedy made from chamomile called Chamomilla that helps children who have temper trantrums.
i am not a doctor but have found much support and relief from my condition via other therapies that I have studied- homeopathy in particular but also chiropractic, accupuncture, cranio sacral...
good luck, i know it's very scary and painful to watch a child go through such trauma.

Speaking from experience I can tell you chemo can affect your mood. Coupled with the terrible two stage you sure have your hands full. The good news is that she will grow out of it soon.
