I got my MRI back, they told me I have to see a neurosurgeon for a biopsy on a cyst/mass/tumor (they keep calling it different things). Its on my Pineal gland?! I have searched the net, talked to ppl, I can't sleep, when I do I can't hardly wake up, my vision has been getting really bad over the last 10 yrs, Im only 33 and cant see for s***! Headaches, irritable, depression, premenopausal, etc, etc. Am I having these issues because of this, or is it I have all this crap wrong with me and NOW this also? I feel as if Im going crazy, crazier! Everyone seems afraid to talk to me about it. Or they wanna tell me it will all work out. Docs won't say much...what the hell do I do? I am a mother of 2 beautiful kids. They need me. Am I overreacting? Someone help...please!

You should be concerned about your health, but you should try to be calm and informed about it to. Work with the doctors you have, or find a better one, what ever makes you comfortable and gets you the answers that are right for you. Do your own research and be ready to ask questions. If you communicate to your doctors and they see your passion they will work harder for you.
I do not know what the Pineal gland is but I have heard people talk about tumors that affect glands and different parts of the brain that cause many of the symptoms you describe. If they remove the mass that will relieve the pressure on the gland and you may see your symptoms get better. Many issues may be worsened by stress. I know there is no way to not be stressed when dealing with the uncertainty and physical problems your experiencing, but try to find ways to make it easier on yourself. Find someone to talk to about what your going through. For me doing research on what the doctors were talking about helped. I found this site in doing research. Get second and third opinions from other doctors, try research hospitals and cancer or brain specific institutions. You can have your medical files sent to a doctor without having to visit them. I pray that you are doing well and have found some answers in the last month since you've posted.
