Thanks for telling me about this web site. Its great. It anwserd all my questions in my language that i could understand. Thanks so much. Here is a big hug for you.

I have just read the section on anger management and would like to comment on how effective the TIME OUT method is. Sure it did not work well in the early days of my sons rehab because he knew best, he always knew best.... but 9 years on it works a treat, at his initiation. He will also use it when in gatherings, stimulation of folk etc can be exhausting so time out also helps the fatigue whence reducing the capacity to fire off steam. We used hand signals, not only for anger build up but for loud speaking/speech. This way it is less intrusive. Yep , it sure does work but takes practise. So what's new, everything is always practise, practise, practise. Isn't this the way we all learn't to walk anyway, with practise, practise practise.

hi all, my Recommendation is that every person in our group read and copy this TBI guide.
it is by far the best source of infomation and yes it covers all aspects of our injury and gives great idea's to learn to live with a TBI.
I ask myself why why why have i not found it untill now after all the google's ive done for TBI .Well done Amos Thank you.
