Hey I know very little about piercings....never liked the pain much...but I've been looking around and I would like to get some done..they're pretty cool.
Problem is...I don't want to go for one's that aren't easily removed ....that put's off dermal implants and stuff...? I was thinking of gettin a bar across my ear....would that be easy to remove/change....and other face(or elsewhere) piercings?....(defo. no nose rings..) So any idea's on types that I can go for..that I can change without having to go back to the piercer. (btw...I am planning to go and have a talk with them...but I like to have an idea of what I want first.....and what's out there.. =) txs :) Posted on 09/23/09, 05:09 am |

By a bar across your ear, do you mean an industrial? A long barbell that has two holes across the cartilage? Those are normally charged as two piercings, and they have to have time to measure to get it all lined up right. Sometimes having to pull the needle out to start over.

ya..I want one..horizontal?......hmm..I really ought to just get myself down to the peircers and talk to them. (Any piercings you might suggest though?) and Marily ...I don't like nose rings...they're just so...idk...yuk...not for me....lol.... lip/eyebrow anywhere but not the nose lol

I have 25, but I wouldn't be able to give you any recommendations without knowing your preference of area. But, I don't think I'd want to get pierced based on someone else's opinion. Maybe get an earing or something and hold it up to spots while looking in the mirror?
