Swimming is hard. I heard our coaches are quitting after this year, soo they are killing us sooner. We usually do sets on time like the third week into swimming. We started on day three. I am in lane 3 for warm up, and 4 for workout. We make our times. We swim hard. I lead. I kill myself. We all do. I can not wait till i just look amazing again. My woman already sees the difference. hahaha.... -

So, a few nights ago, I was really tired so I finally started making my way toward bed. While walking around the bed to fix the covers, I stepped on a part of another bed frame that was in pieces and put to the side. It ripped off the first two layers of skin on the bottom of my foot and then bruised the last layer pretty dark. It looks a bit odd because it really did only bruse...

It has been so hot for the past few weeks, I've been so grumpy. I absolutely hate the heat! Summer doesn't start for another 9 days, but we have had a heat wave already.
Today is cold, overcast and windy. It is supposed to rain too. Great :D
I am taking Chris to a restaurant for lunch. Hopefully it is open otherwise it will really suck.

So I suppose I should update you all. I rarely write on here, i wish I would write more, but I just get in these moods where all I do is whinge about how crap things are. Well, I whinge to myself in my head anywho...

I guess most people don't find changing old people rewarding.
They just grumble and bitch and moan about it.
But if you actually sat with them for a minute and talked to them, listened carefully, respected them... it's the most rewarding experience.
I think they are wonderful.
