I just had my cataract surgery that I waited so long for. The difference is so remarkable. I don't even have to wear my glasses now and I have worn glasses all my life. I get the second eye done in about a week. It is such a simple procedure these days. Don't be as scared as I was!

didn't work for me..diabetics and stroaks ruined my eyes..I'm glad to hear it worked for u.

Great news I will have thissurgery also some day . I got to watch my mom catarct surgery .I got to watch several surgeries before her turn came. I did just fine until mom's turn and I got a little faint but reagined my composure and got to see it all . We ask if we could have the a video of the surgery and they said yes so I have it too.
I was right behind the doctor (.a window between us )., The surgery is done with doctor looking through a micorscope. the surgery is put on a TV screen so we were looking at the TV screen . It was pretty neat.
