Hello, I am a 38 year old man. Ive been having some bladder discomfort lately most likely from anxiety but I had a urine test done. No infection, but a trace of blood. Over the last few years I have had traces of blood in urine every so often. Last week I had a trace, the last two test were negative, no blood. I dont have any other symptoms. Two years ago I had a cystoscopy and it was normal except some irritation in the bladder. He said the irritation can be the anxiety/stress. Being a bit hyopcondriac, should I be worried about having traces of blood every once in a while?

I am looking for some encouragement. I may see him again, but in the mean time I need to stop worrying

" My Dr said the blood was most likely from the irritation. I do have IBS as well. "
