I'm sorry to hear this, and actually understand completely. My partner of 12 years is moving forward without me and for the last 11 days, my heart and soul has gone through some very dark moments. What is it that you can't take anymore? And, why do you think you are directing anger at the universe? The need for distraction is simply a way to avoid your thoughts and feelings. You can't get past thoughts and feelings unless you realize them; get into them..find some answers and move forward :o)
