I go through the days and everything keeps getting harder and harder. I am so stressed so easily. I am always upset and feel alone. I think I am invisible.

How do you deal?

" Christ I'm in the same boat. But until you get that perfect mix of meds (which takes forever!!!), the only thing you can do is just wait it out and know that it'll pass. Take it one day at a time and be patient with yourself. Its also good to just vent sometimes that helps a little. "

" You're not fucked, dear, you're just going to have it extremly rough for a lil while longer. You need to make yourself priority. That doesn't mean just do what you want, but put your health first, your mind, your spirit and body. It's hard for a teen to do much, I know, but there are little things. Eat as healthy as you can, but if you're unable to, don't do something like skip the entire meal or anything. Eat at least some of it, or your blood sugar can drop and you'll feel even worse. Try to work out little thoughts and trickets that brighten up your day. I put daily positive thoughts in my planner, they seem to help. Carry around a pretty stone and every time you grab hold of it think of only positive things. Believe it or not, you can cantrol yourself to an extent. Emotions are a bitch but don't let them ruin you. You're far more than just your emotions. And once your 18, the whole world changes subtley but truely. Good luck. "
