Ive been taking lithium for like a while now after taking a long break from it over summer, but it definitely takes away me being manic although does not help with me feeling depressed at all... does this happen to anyone else?

well if you took a break from it you probly need it upped since u stopped taking it for a while i probly need mine upped again too i can still feel the depression at times like right now i feel like crap and on days it is really shitty out i notice my depression hits me hard like i cant even get out of the house or even my room at times when it is real bad out
