i miss me. i miss people. i miss the days where i didn't feel so alone.

my bit of advice - crayons.
i'm sorry you've been down so long. i miss the mania too sometimes. at least i got something out of it. it sounds like you're on lithium. it's like, "yay, i'm alive... ... yeah... well... so... *twiddle thumbs* this is.... uh... great. hm." *shrugs* it's better than bein' dead, but it's so boring and bland... just let yourself smile. do things that make you smile - screw what anybody else says (unless, lol, of course, it's something like cutting or drugs, 'cause that's seriously moving back ward in recovery) talk at meh any time

oh my gosh i feel the same way. its not that im sad, its like im nothing, empty.
just grey, like you said. its one of the worst feelings ever. i cant even paint anymore. i cant talk to people, its lonely im sorry youre feeling this way, i understand wanting color in your life again.

yeah the colour and vibrant manic feeling is such a shame when its gone
getting up in the mornings hard :S Best thing to do is try and watch how your friends are when there happy and just imitate, learn when you should laugh and smile and eventually it actually rubs off on you Hope things turn out ok

Apathy is a wonderful thing, isn't it? It makes one feel like one needs to escape the body. Your own body. That's sort of impossible. Funnnn... No feeling is sort of like... oatmeal. Boring. Plain. ... Boring.
I would recommend something, but I'm not sure what to do either.
