so invisible no one will even read this, if you do, I will be suprised. I want someone to talk to, I hate this emptiness, lonliness, I am forgotten.

" i know how it feels to be invisible when i was depressed my sophmore year in high school i felt like nobody noticed me or noticed the pain i felt inside just tearing away at me even when people tried to show interest in my well being i just tuned them out i felt like i was in my own little world and couldnt get out of it "

" i didnt know how to tell anyone for awhile but even if u dont tell someone people can tell that you are not doing well my mom noticed i was depressed even before i told her i know its not easy to tell someone but it is the right thing to do when i told my mom i went to see my doc a few weeks later and got put on lithium for it an it saved my life "

" thanks, and I know I should, and my mom knows somethign is wrong. But, she always just thinks there is an excuse. I have told her before, but she doesn't getit. Though, she is depressed so its ironic that she doesn't get it. And Lithium scares me to death. I already have a problem with body weight, that stuff with make me huge "

" sad to say it most of the time u have to sacrifice looks for ur mental health when i was diagnosed 7 years ago i was really thin now i am kinda heavy but i wouldnt change a think cuz i am stable if u exercise u can maintain ur weight "
