to my anxiety pills. I can't think of its name at the moment.They are only .5 mg...so not dangerous.It is a controlled substance.Also,I am a exercising fanatic.I go on the treadmill for about a hour,then the stair master for 15 minutes a day ,5 days a week.
I don't know what to do anymore. I am hiding the anxiety pills in a altoids case..they look like mints. I am screwing up my senior year by being antisocial. People like me I'm just overwhelmed by ...my awkwardness or what not. Does that make any sense? Lastly,I am losing interest in everything Is this a sign of depression? hi,
i was given zimovane to help me sleep cause bi polar cause insomnia for me i got hooked really quickly and felt i needed them. Its best to rview it with your counciller or whoever gives you the pills and they can advise you. Hope everythings ok BTW loosing interest comes with Bi pole probably a sign of depression

you'll know when you are depressed, you won't feel like doing anything, and anything you do, do, you will have a downward state of mind, like you don't really want to do it.

I love my anxiety pills too...they make me feel stoned which is great because I don't have to worry about everything that was freakin me out and bombarding me before. But I gave them to my best friend and he won't let me take them unless he can tell I really need it. So that was my solution, it's getting way better now I should be able to keep them and just control myself again soon. So if you trust anyone, even like a sibling or parent or something to do that, it might help.

Kate- what do you take? that sounds awesome and i've never heard of that with anxiety pills before. haha. my meds don't work much for me.
Becca- if you're getting the idea you might be addicted and if you hide the pills I'd talk to someone and stop this before it gets worse. i'm sorry you're dealing with this. and yes, it makes sense. i have similar problems.

Thanks MTkate 13. My best friend did the same thing to me. Ahh,I feel really stoned with it though and I really miss taking it...I might just break the promise and keep taking it!
