" Hi there. I know how hard it is to live with someone with Bi-Polar Disorder. My bio-dad was undiagnosed and I am on a few different medications for it. I used to get into really bad arguments with my mom and we even got physical a few times. It is important that you don't allow him to escalate into that level of mania where he gets aggressive. It can be hard to get through to him when he is at that level but when he is calm make a kind of plan for when it happens for him to maybe go off in his room or outside for a bit to be alone and just calm down. You can do this. He can too. He needs you. Be strong for the both of you. "

" Hey im Nashara! I know how hard it is to have some one how is bipolar in the house my real dad and myself are bipolar! and i know we arnt the easys people to handle but it will get better as he and your self learn how to cope. It may be hard to belive now but it will get better. here are some tips if your son is willing to try them. first get a pillow and have him beat it when he is mad. it may sound crazy but it works! Next try not to yell at him its hard but if you yell to much it will get worst! and here is my moms adress she is going though the same thing with me! sdmomgill@hotmail.com "
