Fight him with tooth and nail. You will be able to keep custody of your daughter so don't worry about that, and he will have to pay child support too.

He will probably use your BP against you so just go in as stable as you are and let them know you are stable on medication.

No court is gonna take your daughter away so please don't worry about that.

He is already bringing up my mental issues, but the judge said not to, but to save it for the divorce! That was at the order of protection hearing. He said they were re-victimizing me.

Sounds like he retained a real shark. Mothers almost always take presedence over fathers. Relax and just let the process work. A lot of it will be intimidation and scare tactics, just be ready for it and think about a better life without him.
