Have not changed meds in YEARS and am going thru side effects, mainly, feeling like a zombie, bizarre water retention, and horrible dry mouth. I forgot how much this sucks, and I apologize to anyone I ever considered a baby for complaining about this stuff.

" fun ones with abilify are skullcracking headaches/migraines & also when it's hot your body can have trouble 'regulating core temperature' so get majorly uncomfortable. Ah, it's good to whinge. "

" ARRGH to meds changes!I think they are almost worse than the BP it's self(the side effects I mean)...I live with a huge burden of side effects, they affect every aspect of my life.

Don't worry about complaining..that's why the board is here ..to vent and express.

I do hope your side effects will eventually subside.

Unfortunately ,mine never did.

HUGS "

" I hope the side effects subside for you. I'm still working on meds too. Fortunately, I haven't had many side effects with the new meds. I did have some nasty side effects from trazodone and abilify which the hospital had me on. "

" Please consider calling your pdoc if these effects go on much longer and hope they won't! It is hard sometimes to adjust to new meds but thankfully most effects don't last very long. Take care of yourself and best of luck with them as well! "

" I'm sorry you're going through this. Hopefully, they will subside soon. I know sometimes the "cure" seems worse than the illness. I agree that, if they side effects don't stop, you should call your pdoc. ((hugs)) "
