I have been working through different medications and dosages and I just don't seem to be finding much stability. I get stable for a couple of weeks and then ratchet up again. Can I expect longer stability than that? The cycling seems to be coming faster. Is that possible? What is your longest time stable?

I was relatively stable for a few years on Abilify. No big highs, no big lows. Sadly, I've recently had to go off of it. It was a wonder drug for me.

The longest I was stable was for five months but I am unmedicated. I think people have had years of stability with the right med combo and outside things like therapy, eating right, exercising, so on.... good luck, hope you find the right balance soon.

Just keep on trying.... Hopefully it's just a case of not finding the right medication yet.

Longest I've ever been stable was a few months. That's on four different meds. My shrink keeps trying to change them and when he does I get all messed up. I wish he would leave them alone.
