how do you go bout getting urself hospitalized... im no were near ready to be hospitialized.. but just wanted to know for a just in case scene ario

am in ireland but i think the process is pretty much the same anywhere. you could tell pdoc that you are a danger to yourself or present yourself at casualty and say the same thing, i think in england this is free to everyone. can you talk to pdoc about this before this step and see if he can adjust meds instead which might work along with therapy? good luck and let us know how things go.
