I am so sorry about your job. I can honestly say that because I have been looking for a job myself, my last job kind of ended in a similar way as you due to my lack of seniority vs another employees higher status with the company, thus a got let go and they took my position. I tell myself at least they didn't fire me because of poor performance. I have been through this before, Looking for work is a job in its self I keep telling myself that I have a lot of good skills and that I am going to find the position just for me and that I am going to get back to work soon I am sure that you will find a position soon also. I will keep you in my prayers!

I knowq what your going through. I still have my job but my hours have been cut to hell. Been looking for a new job or more work and can't seem to get either. I know it is not my fault but it still sucks big time. Best we can do is have faith and tough it out and hope for better days

Dont get me started on Unions......Where they originally meant to "protect" the worker from unfair labor practice, they are now all about "greed" and driving industry out of the U.S.........I just dont think people truly see what is happening. Unfortunately, the high demands that unions place of employers, causes more harm than good.

I am sorry this happened to you randie.....I am sure the guy who took your job is grateful he had that opportunity. The cycle is NEVER fair...someone always suffers. I am sorry that it had to be you. Hugs

My Grandfather would be horrified at how the Unions have evoloved into a racket of corrupt Bosses.

My Grandfather fought for Union Rights for Coal Miners..mostly so they could work in safer environments ,and not be "owned" by the coal companies...he was beaten nearly to death,defending the coal miners rights.....todays Unions have declined into a self serving group of higher ups,trying to protect their status and salaries.....I wonder where Jimmy Hoffa is?Suppose we'll ever find out?
