Even when I look in the mirror and see myself aging and the added pounds I don't see myself as ugly. I try to love myself the way I am. If I don't love me who else will?

Don'tSteal and others, the ones that molested you, THEY are the ugly ones. Ugly inside, because they chose that path rather than face their pain and fears. THEY are the ones who deserve to be called ugly; Not you! You are a beautiful spiritual being. A very special person. God don't make no junk.

Well, Shelly I guess I *choose* to be ugly then. Your life is perfect....so how can you judge me? I am *alone* and I will always be alone.....I have no doubts about that. I am nothing but poison to everyone around me, and most days I just hope I don't wake up. You know what a horrible person I am.... Sorry I can't just wake up tomorrow and be *perfect*

Sunny, nobody said we wake up tomorrow and be perfect..........nobody is perfect. I have been where you are and had the same feelings. I am just trying to share that we CAN change those feelings about ourselves instead of falling for the lie.

It isnt about what we look like or what happens to us as much as it is what we do about it emotionally. If you choose to always see the bad and horrible than that is the way your life will be. If you choose to be shitty with the people that try to support you and push them away, then eventually that is the way it will be. YOu choose.
