Say something nice about America....

In my time I have seen this country go from good to bad to good and now we are down again, but I see the rise of those who would save themselves and our great country. America is truly the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Even if you are not from this country, maybe you can recount that which you do like about our country.

As a Texan we celebrated our independence on March 2, and we now also celebrate with the rest of our country.

" I'm a Texan too TG. Born and raised in Houston. My parents still reside there. Dad is a 86 and a WWII vet. Both of my parents lived through the Great Depression. We were Baby Boomers. Dad was a dentist and said after the War he "road the gravy train" of the economic boom. He became successful whereas his father, who died when he was only 8 years old, was just a peddler from Russia with no formal education seeking freedom from religious persecution. This country afforded his offspring freedom and prosperity for generations. I love America. "
