Actual prescribed meds, three.....I just went off Lithium.....I now take Wellbutrin, Abilify, and Ativan for anxiety when needed. My doc is real careful about prescribing too much. I dont think I have ever been on more than three.

I take supplements....vitamin D, vitamin B complex, omega three, calcium complex, folic acid, meds for osteoporosis and bone strengthening (cant remember name) and a few other things, oh and, Probiotics Plus to help aid in the digestion of the meds so I dont get bloated. Makes a huge difference for me.

I only take 1, seroquel. I should be on others as well, but I have small children at home and I don't want to be drugged up too bad.

For allergies and Asthma:
Albuterol
Advair
Qvar
Zyrtec (for chronic hives)
Singulair

Bipolar:
Lamictal
wellbutrin
Lithium

and Levothyroxine for Hasimotos......

That's the prescription stuff. Wow... 9. that sucks. I hadn't really counted before.

Abilify and Lexapro for my mental health, 1 for high blood pressure, one for cholesterol, 1 for reflux, 1 for asthma so that's 6 plus I try to remember to take fish oil and am looking into other suppliments as well.

eskalith, lamictal and geodon. ativan as needed. fish oil, inderal for the shakes, synthroid, deplin, vitamin D, i think that is it. now, if you count the number of pills a day i take it is 5 in the am, 9 at night. beat that.
