" The 90% is scary. I even called my husband at work to get some positive affirmation re: our marriage. He tells me he is in for the long haul and said the usual "in sickness,in health etc" Hopefully we can be in the 10%. "

" My boyfriend of 2 1/2 years has gotten himself educated on bipolar. He can recognize my mood swings and, by what he has learned, know how to deal with them. he accepts that this is a part of who I am, and that this will be with me for life. I think once someone accepts the bipolar in their significant other, it will make a more solid commitment. I am blessed to be with my boyfriend, he has seen it all and still loves me and wants to stay for the long haul. "

" My first marriage lasted less than a year.
I am sure that if my late husband had not died we would have divorced. "

" My husband claims that he is in this with me for the long haul. He is just quickly losing patience. I cant help but wonder if he is really honest or just telling me what I want to hear. We have been together for 13 years, married for 11 in april. Ive been fighting the depression for almost 10 years and got diagnosed with bp 6 months ago. Lord, I hope we can be in that 10%..Good Luck to all.,. "
