I saw my pdoc to day and he has added Zyprexa to my cocktail of meds. Have any of you ever tried this med?

" I've given it to some patients. They complained of shakiness and twitching. It apparently sends some people into TD pretty quickly. So watch carefully for the symptoms. Tongue chewing, twitching, shaking, uncontrolled movements. Other than that stuff, it does appear to do it's job.
Good luck - I will personally NEVER be put on it d/t the above. Seen too many people with problems from it. Including major weight gain.
However, your doctor knows best. So it's between you two. "

" ive been on it a few months, it works really well but makes it very hard to get up in the morning. Really tires me out. The weight gain hasnt been too bad, but I was very cautious because when I was on risperdal I put on nearly 4 stone. Hope it works for you x "
