It says there that you shouldn't start more than one goal at a time. What do you think? Is this why I'm failing? Too many goals? Make money.. lose weight.. start painting...

I am trying to set very small goals.

Yesterday, my goal was to shop at Target alone. I haven't been shopping alone in at least 6 months, maybe more.

Not overarching goals--- like "I will paint every day." I failed at that one....even "painting more" did not work for me. It made me stop painting! Why is that?????

I am thinking "baby steps"...a la "Anger Management".

I think maybe 3 goals max and then have "sub goals" for baby steps on how to reach the goals. (this is how I eventually made it through college, using that system) Make sure they are not too overwhelming or grandiose...something attainable. "
