So I'm really tired of being soooooooo forgetful. Short story short: I'm back in school and cannot study worth a damn after I take my meds (8-- mg of serequel 450 mg of depakote).

How should I approach this problem. I've been doing really good lately. I used to be on lithium but I'm not on that anymore. All I want is to be able to think clearly without the fog. I'm doing so much better than I was.

Is there a med for bipolars that can help clear the fog a little bit? Maybe help for concentration?

Also, I sometimes get panic/anxiety attacks in different situations...any sugguestions????
