I love my husband more then anything he is a wonderful man. When he gets angry and when he doesn't trust me what do I do? If I just sit and say nothing he gets mad.

" Hi marie, it sounds as though your hubby has rages and when they kick in nothing you say can calm he he has to learn ways to recognise the signs as l do. l might feel ok but suddenly start raging over problems of the past which will grow fueled by old arguements. lf l don't listen to my thoughts and judge how l'm feeling it would lead to a full blown rage but l stop it by changing what my thoughts.

lt may mean me saying that l need some me time so l can gather my thoughts until the rage feelings have passed but it is possible. But your hubby has to do the work he's the one who feels the change in him and speaking for myself if my partner asks if l've taken my meds or if l'm in a rage etc it adds to my mood not betters it. Perhaps he should seek therapy to learn how to slow them...

When he gets like this and is no longer himself ignore the words and walk away but tell him before he rages that you need to do this for you because he hurts you by not listening. "
