Long story short I was on 30 mg Lexapro wanted to reduce it to 20 mg as I was not depressed. Crash and burn ensued. Got put back on 30 mg.

Ran out of estrogen prescription and pharmacy could not get that brand from the manufacturer. GYN called in another estrogen which I am on now however, will be switching to a generic form later this month as it is cheaper.

Was on 200 mg of Seroquel at night.

Saw pdoc in late April severely depressed and anxious and irritated.

I found / felt at that time that people insufferable and I feared would go off if someone looked at me the wrong way. Had fear of going out in public or dealing with folks on the phone e because I could not guarantee I would not go off on them in some fashion.

Pdoc put me on two 25 mg Seroquel during the day which ceased to work after 4 or 5 hours I was back to being irritable as all get out.

Saw therapist this week. Therapist called pdoc.

I am now on three 25 mg Seroquel (generic) per day which is helping more.

Talked to pdoc this morning she is going to call me in a new prescription of Seroquel for the three 25 mg pills per day.

I told her I had no intrusive thoughts yesterday and seemed over all less irritable.

Mentally I feel as if I am walking evenly on a hard surface rather than trying to walk on a sandy beach wobbling back and forth in a confused mental state.

She said that if given time the Seroquel does not work for my depression we are scratching our heads at what to do next. Perhaps in the future going down on the Lexapro as that can cause irritation.

Just had to get this out of my head and written down. Do not expect a reply.

Thanks for reading if you've gotten this far.
