Back from Afghanistan!!!

Well, I'm back home and it sure feels good. I was supposed to being a 2 year tour in Afghanistan, but (I am not at liberty to discuss matters in great detail...sorry), I was released on a Honor Discharge due to an injure sustained while in the course of duty. I took a moutor round ont he right side of body (lucky shot on their behalf) with scrapnell from head to toe. We (my spotter and I) could not break radio silience and I had to indure the pain while contuning my mission. Fortunately it all the pulled out of me was a large amunt of metal (I kept a few pieces, LOL).
Sorry I have been out of tough with you all. Missed you guy/gals very much, but I was often out in the field (literary) for days/weeks at a time. We did not have accesses to writting or receiving mail, much less a computer. That's part of running Special Ops. But it's great to be home.
