hey all, I'm going to try and get this out coherently but it might be best for you to read the journal I just posted. Among many many things I am going through benzo withdrawls and I'm very sick (with seperate condition). I don't have enough benzos to help me through the night and can't get through the ER, I think I'm having continuous panic attacks but cant' tell if they're seperate from the withdrawls. I don't trust my psych doc and right now i'm convinced I'm going to drop dead.

I'm sorry you are having panic attacks. They suck. Have you attempted deep breathing or meditation? They probably aren't too helpful during a panic attack, but I'm just trying to help.

i STRONGLY urge you not to go through benzo w/drawal without medical help. been there, done that, lucky to be alive. it's a medical issue, even if some of the symptoms seem psychological. benzo w/drawal is one of the most dangerous types of w/drawal. sorry to scare - but this i know for sure.
