ok not really sure what's going on but I think its depression. yesterday I wanted to get drunk so bad after getting my 8th ticket and the 2nd one this week alone. I went for a drive instead. right now I just wanna cut but after the bloodletting of the last one I'm trying to refrain. I feel so empty and do not want to talk or be around anyone. Im tired. Ive been at work most of the weekend. I work friday afternoons at pizza hut, friday overnight at the hotel, saturday morning at pizza hut. i took a drive saturday til time to work overnight at hotel. got off at 7:30 and slept from 8-1:40. went to work at pizza hut, now im at hotel and I have school as soon as i get off and pizza hut as soon as I get out of school. Im feeling hopeless, overwhelmed and all of the above. this is my schedule every weekend but its hitting me hard this week.

" I'm really proud of you for not drinking..I am a recovering alcoholic and addict and sometimes when I can't take it anymore I just want to get blitzed out of my head but I haven't in a year and a half but it is a battle everyday...and I isolate myself because I'm not able to work I am on disability because of my mental illnesses..just be glad that you are able to work. " I'm glad to see how hard you're trying.. Maybe you need to look at your schedule sweetie.. It sounds grueling and it will take a toll on you.. No wonder you're overwhelmed..
Sleep is SOOOOO important and especially with BP... Perhaps you need to give up one of the jobs.. I realize making money is important but not at the expense of your health and your body will let you know when it's had enough one way or another...
