I am Bipolar and have talked to "Normies"
Sorry I didn't see the post in question or I probably would have gotten involved.
But anyway, Many of them are so totaly ignorant about BP until a BP'er talks to them. Now, just making a general judgement from the given information: it sounds like there maybe some marital issues here to begin with. Maybe this poster would benefit from perhaps a few sessions of mariage counseling with his or her Bipolar Significant other. Hope this doesn't piss anybody off but if it does, I am sorry.

OK -- this is the first I've actually read ABOUT the post in question. I saw gabesmom's post. That is just AWFUL and uncalled for. WOW! I don't even know what to say. I cannot say where I'd be without treatment. Maybe normies really should be banned from posting. WOW.

I think I would have been worse off if I read that post. Reading gabesmom's post was upsetting enough.
