do you ever get so angry you want to cry and scream and break things but all you can do is sit there in silence because your scared if you move you'll seriously destroy something? its like im so full of rage sometimes and i dont know what to do with it and it freaks me out and i feel trapped by it.

" My counselor suggested that when I get like this to take a bowl full of ice cubes and smash them on the pavement in my backyard or in the bathtub. Believe it or not it does help - just as long as the ice cubes actually smash and not bounce around. That's why I prefer the pavement or cement of the outdoors. There's something about throwing something and destroying it that helps. And ice cubes are harmless since all they do is melt. Give it a try. Sounds kinda dumb, but it works at times. "
