he died 5 years ago. and i've had to turn 16 without him..and turn 18 without him...graduate highschool without him...and now i have to go to college without him. it hurts. all i want to do is cry...i almost don't want to because of it.

i'll be in a new place...with new ppl...feeling more alone than ever. i'll be among tons of new ppl who don't understand.

i have to have a room mate. she probably has a dad. he'll probably help her move in. and she probably wont understand when i'm sad or why i'm sad.

" Sorry for your loss. There is a way to look at the good side of this though.

Even without your dad you'll still be able to make your own adjustments in life and be able to make new friends and everything.

People never are truly gone. Whether they're buried or cremated they merely change form. Scientifically he just changed from flesh to earth or flesh to ashes and still remains a part of your world. He's still alive in your memories, just hold on to every memory you have of your dad because even though he's not physically there he's still spiritually there.

If you need someone to talk to about this I'm usually around. "

" Im going to have to go through that same thing next year. I had to turn 16 and 18 without my dad also. And soon I'll have to graduate without him also. Im really sorry you have to experience this too. Though he's not there with you physically he'll always be around. If you ever need someone to talk to Im here. Take care, deary. "

" i have like 3 memories of him. other than that it's just stories. :( i remember his voice though.

thanks hidden beauty. when you're graduating, know that you're not the only one. i felt pretty lonely. let me know when you graduate (: i'll think of you that day.

" It's kind of the same way for me too. Though I hate memories, they're so taunting.
