Another little boy i knew died yesterday morning. Since last year, someone close to me has died every 2 months. Four of them children. I don't know what to do anymore. I dont think i have any fight left in me to hope that things get better.

" Things always get better. Maybe not immediately. Maybe it gets worse before it gets better. But they do eventually. Please understand this, and don't give up. "

" There is hope. I had to get professional help and it has given me hope that I had lost. You may not need professional help, maybe a close family member or friend, but do get help. You won't feel like you are carrying as huge a burden when you have people around to support you. "

" I'm so sorry for your loss, but keep a hold of some hope. There's always something worth fighting for, even if you don't know what it is. Keep pushing through the pain, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. stay strong. "

" I have recently lost several friends to suicide. I have seen the pain that lost hope can lead to and I really hope that you can find the strength inside of you to keep going. Please feel free to write me if you need help. I promise to be here. Don't give up. I promise it will get better. "
