" Hey I'm really sorry for your loss. Although i'm not in the same situation as you in the face that it was my girlfriend who passed away and not my parent. I understand though your feelings of wanting to hurt people when they complain about their significant other in my case and it killing to get up in the morning. It is going to be hard to get up there and look out and see that empty seat I know I have faced many things that I didn't want to because I knew Amanda wouldn't be there with me but you just need to remember that your father is so proud of you and that he is there in spirit and will be there everyday with you and the best way to honour his memory is by getting up in the morning and just being you. He would want to be at your graduation as much as he would want you to be there.

If you ever need to talk or anything I am here don't hesitate to e-mail me. God Bless

Jarrod "
