I found a Christian grief support group on the internet. It is called "GriefShare". I found it on the internet and put in my zip code to find several places it was being held.
I attended one session so far and it was amazing to hear others stories (which I'm surprised was helpful to me), shared my story, watched a video, and received a workbook. I'm pleasantly surprised how helpful it is. The good thing is, if one church support group didn't work, I could try another. There were at least 5 churches offering it within a 6 mile radius of my home. |
