I am not sure how to go about aquiring friends on this site... It seems everyone's profile is private. I joined in 2007 in the stop smoking site (it worked) no one's profile was private then........ I lost my husband 12 weeks ago to cancer. From diagnosis to death was 7 weeks and 2 days!! I am looking to make friends and give and share support .........

I'm here! I lost my hubby 4 months ago. I'm sorry for your loss. Go to the support group widows & widowers. Everyone on there is so loving and supportive. They have all been threw what we have. Just post on there. I will add you as a friend. This site is so helpful.

My situation is a bit different, I lost my dad, but grief is grief and loss is horrible. I will be happy to be your friend and you can talk to me anytime!!

I lost my husband 13 wks ago and it is very hard, Steph01 is right, go to widows and widowers, it's a great site for us whom have lost spouses. Grief is grief but I think grief for a spouse is different I think you know what I mean. You can be my friend too. Best to you. beth
