i had what appeared to be bells palsy for the second time...it was gone in a week...somethings not right according to everything i've read...could this be nutritional or something to do with my ears or glands...any opinions are welcome

not sure, but my acupuncturist told me to cut out coffee and alcohol and to make time for myself as well during the day, im only just begining my life with bells palsy so im not sure wether it helps or not

thankyou, i have seen improvements over these last couple of days, i can move my mouth now and taste and blink and close my eye, its been 2 weeks since i was diagnosed and im nearly 60% healed so the acupuncture worked and i have been taking time for myself and i feel so much better already, fingers crossed it will all be over in a couple of weeks ") lol thanks for your well wishes ")
