I am getting acupressure and not acupuncture. Is it bad to do that? Has anybody done acupressure, I just read that someones ENT doctor said not to massage the area affected by BP because it could do damage and acupressure is a type of massage. Am I doing harm to my face? I also massage it time to time when I am just sitting around to help it not feel so tight. I am afraid that I have now done more harm than good.
I am getting the acupressure done at the chiropractors office. He said they have done acupressure on lots of people with BP.

" you are just fine. It is not doing more damage.
Massage is good, it stimulate the nerve and increases blood flow.
May doctors say it is the best thing.
Now you have an excuse to go to the salon and gets facials. "
